Hannah Cannell Collings, soprano
Hannah Cannell Collings, is a founder member of Auriga Capella.
Hannah studied harp with Robert Johnston, at the Birmingham Conservatoire of music, where she graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in music.
Hannah also holds a dip. ABRSM in singing.
Now a mother of three she enjoys being able perform with Auriga Capella.
Alice Howell, soprano
Alice Howell (soprano)
Alice is currently studying BMus Music Performance (Voice) at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London.
Alice specialises in classical singing, but also has a background in Musical Theatre training and has an extensive and varied repertoire from the Musical Theatre canon.
She writes and performs her own songs while accompanying herself on piano, mainly in the genre of Pop Ballad.
Isabella Pitman, soprano
Lyric soprano, Isabella Pitman has been a member of Auriga Capella since 2014.
In 2016 she passed ABRSM grade 8 singing with distinction.
Isabella is now reading music at Oxford University.
With a keen interest in opera, she has sung as a soloist in La Rondine by Puccini, presented by Opera Coast, Purcell's Dido and Aeneas, with New Chamber Opera, Oxford. and the role of Barbarina, (Marriage of Figaro) with Consortium Novum
Especially written for her, by the composer Freddie Mayers Isabella sang the role of Mathilde Schoenberg, in the new opera 'A Sketch of Slow Time' .
This was performed in November 2017 at the Jacqueline du Pré Music Building, Oxford.
Isabella continues to sing with Auriga Capella as an invited soloist.
Hannah Bannister, Soprano
Hannah Bannister was awarded a vocal scholarship on entry to secondary school, where she also studied piano and treble recorder.
She holds a grade 8 ABRSM singing with distinction and read music (BMus Hons) at Royal Holloway, University of London.
At university she was an active member of the Savoy Opera Society.

As well as singing with the chamber choir Auriga Capella, Hannah is a member of the Lowestoft Choral Society.
Jodie Harris, soprano
Jodie Harris has a busy life as a professional singer.
For the last six years she has been working with Warner Leisure and P&O Cruises.
In the past she has been successful, winning numerous awards which included the 'NODA young performer of the year' which she won two years in succession.
She has sung frequently at festivals around the country, one being the Twinwood Festival in Bedfordshire.
Jodie holds a grade 8 ABRSM with distinction, as well as a dip ARSM which she passed with the exceptional marks of 49 out of 50.

Recently Jodie has taken the position as the lead singer with the resident band of Thoresby Hall in Nottingham.
She continues to sing with Auriga Capella as an invited soloist.
Daisy Tyrrell-Kent, mezzo soprano
Daisy Tyrrell-Kent enjoys performing in a wide variety of styles.
As well as singing with Auriga Capella she has been a member of the
Waveney Light Opera Group and their youth musical group, Rising Stars,
almost from its conception.
Daisy has performed many roles with the WLOG, including the role of Johanna, in Sweeney Todd, the gangster in Drowsy Chaperone. Daisy is currently performing the lead role, Julia, in The Wedding Singer.
In the past she has been successful in winning the Rotary Club 'Young Vocalist of the Year' competition in Beccles.
Alice Cushing, mezzo soprano
Alice Cushing has been a member of Auriga Capella since 2011.
As well as singing with Auriga Capella, Alice performs with St Michaels Church Choir (Beccles), Waveney Light Opera Group and WLOG Rising Stars.
Alice studies Musical Theatre at City College Norwich and is currently auditioning for drama schools.
She has recently completed studies at MX Masterclass In London where she took part in workshops with many Musical Theatre stars, including Trevor Dion-Nicholas, Michael Xavier (MX) and Danielle Hope. As part of the MX Masterclass, she performed in many concerts and shows including, Christmas With The Stars (Actors Church, Covent Garden) and Best Of The West End (Royal Albert Hall).
Alice also won Rotary Clubs ‘Young Vocalist of the Year’ Competition in Beccles in 2017.
Earlier this year, Alice passed an ABRSM grade 8 singing examination with distinction. She is now in her first year at the University of Chichester where she is studying Musical Theatre Triple Threat.
Claire Darby, alto
In 2008 Claire Darby took the ABRSM grade 8 singing examination and passed with the exceptional mark of 145 out of 150..
Despite her success in this exam she chose to study biochemistry at Warwick University rather than follow a career as a musician.
While at University she became a member of the University of Warwick Chamber Choir and Opera Warwick, with whom she sang as a soloist.
Now based in Norwich, Claire continues to sing with Auriga Capella.
Willow Swiatek alto
Willow Swiatek graduated with a BMus (Hons) from Surrey University, where she trained as an oboist.
As well as being an instrumentalist, Willow has a fine singing voice.
Before going to university she gained a distinction in ABRSM Grade 8 singing.
Willow has been a long standing member of Auriga Capella.
